Wednesday’s game plan

Jerks from the blocks worked up to a max double
Jerk supports and recovery 3 sets of 3 @ 120 kg, yes it’s light but we’ll get heavy soon enough.
1 power snatch, 1 snatch, 1 power snatch, 1 snatch off the blocks for 5 sets.
Overhead squats 5,4,3,2
1 power clean , 1 clean, 1 power, 1 clean off blocks for 3 sets.

Our finisher consisted of 5 Sets of 5 bench press, 5 sets of 8 glute ham raise and 5 sets of 100 of some ab work.
friday’s session will be lots of squats.
