Two for tuesday

I trained with the 530am team at midtown S and C under the watchful eye of Coach Vicente. It was a solid session with plenty of intervals.
Up next was Amadeo’s 12pm conditioning class, we did 5 four hundreds
Which was good because I was able to test out my hamstring which I strained earlier in the year. We finished with 5 rounds of pull ups push ups and body squats. It was a really great bridge for Wednesday’s workout.
Snatches are on tap for tomorrow. Lot’s of technique, which means we’ll use a modified Jim Schmitz program.
