Clean low pulls 10 sets of 3
75 body weight pull ups
Double kb bent row 3 sets of 12
Shrugs from the rack 3 sets of 10 @ 315

Half hour break then on to a short conditioner
Squat row with a sled for 44 yards @ 250lbs.
Wall ball 20x
Double kb swings 30x
Battling ropes 50x
Walking lunges 50 steps
We completed 3 rounds.
