Power snatch 5 sets of 2 reps, you can rotate between power and hang snatch. Start light and work up to 70%. next up an old classic bench with chains. Start with bar weight for 5 reps then add as many 20 pound chains as humanly possible for 8 sets of 2 reps. Db bent rows 2×8′ med ball plyo push ups 2×10 with a partner, then 1arm db clean, press, into a windmill, 3left and 3right. Have fun and train with a purpose.
