In today’s session we will lead off with 10 double kb snatches, all the way down to 1 rep, add heavier kb’s if you want to make it interesting. Next are double unders 50,45,40,35,30,25,20,15,10,10, and 5 keep it simple. Next up for the combo is a clean or dead lift and it will go like this work up to a single then unload weight and add a rep each set, so it looks looks like this 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Combine these movements for a heavy strength combination. This will not be easy unless you do not give 100% .
