I found incredible relief from flossing.  My trainer turned me on to it after I had twisted my knee a couple weeks ago.   What does flossing have to do with knees?  Actually it is a joint, pain relief compression therapy that is used to help various inflammation issues.  I can attest that is does give me incredible relief when I apply this therapy to my knee before lifting and off and on throughout the day.
