Coaching the lifts actually helps make you a better lifter. Seeing all the bad reps and good reps you can just visualize your body making the adjustments needed to get the most out of each attempt. But getting lots of practice reps help ingrain the movement pattern so you or we can focus on the effort needed so we can capture every last ounce of strength and athleticism. Practice with intent and purpose.
