new program and tid bits

we choose how hard we work and well sometimes we have to modify our training to get the most out of it .I  attended and helped coach a Ben Claridad workshop at Crossfit Monterrey. Head coach Jacob  is very knowledgable . He is an outstanding coach and you can tell that by all the great people we met. I’ll be back soon to hangout with the Monterrey crew.

this week we’ll be the start of my strength program with a focus on pulling and squatting heavy.  today we’ll pull.

Clean up to a single, clean low pulls @ 150 %, pull ups weighted 5sets of 5 reps, bent rows 10,8,6,4,2 and a short finisher.
