It is late so I will keep it simple. We started Randell Strossen’s 20 rep squat program. We used 50% of our 1 rep max and did 20 reps, if it felt easy then we added 5 to 10 mor pounds. We wil do this program for the next 4 weeks and we’ll also add 10 lbs. Each week. Next we jerked from behind the back from a rack. We worked up a single. We finished with 5 single legged box hops, max reps toes to bar, max reps glute ham raise and big wheel roll outs for a cool thirty reps. One round please. We worked very hard this week and I thank everyone who put forth their best effort.
