Doing what it takes can mean 7 days a week 24hrs. per day everyday for maximum results and continued momentum. So it is always a great to Ride the Wave of momentum especially when you work with a team. Here is a short clip of Robin Ventura giving me a ride home after a very long day at the gym. A huge momentum day usually looks like this =train groups in the morning and train personal training clients between groups and then Robin and I usually meet up at least once or twice a week to shoot video or plan out our social media content. Since he owns and operates his social media/ video/ photo production company. Robin has helped me a lot this year. We have both worked extremely hard on getting Strength Sessions up and running. Together we have developed this website as an extension of the gym to help my clients around the world and especially the Awesome people that I help at Midtown S&C. Building up Strength Sessions and adding awesome content to the gym’s youtube channel while including more and exercises and movements to the library. I read my goals out loud everyday and I have POWERFUL WHY’S that fuel my mindset to get things done each day. It means working when I don’t feel like it. But my WHY’s are SO Strong that it always COMPELS me to do my best. I have accomplished a lot in my life with the help of God and many awesome coaches. SUCCESS in anything has a Process and it really is up to us if We want to Challenge ourselves to live our dreams and Goals. I LOVE Helping people become AWESOME!!!!!!! or just help them get to that next level of fulfillment or enrichment. As I grow personally and professionally, I now will document more of the grit and grunt work that goes along running A LEGANDARY GYM and it takes an ENTIRE TEAM OF GREAT MEN AND WOMEN to do this day in and day out. check the VLOG @ the bottom of this page.
