I have had success and failures throughout my life and I am sill here and continuing to make changes to improve and progress in my life-which i really enjoy doing. I have encountered both big and small setbacks inside and outside the gym. I choose to move forward even if it is a struggle to see minimal progress. I know if I do not doubt myself, I can move forward, trusting and BELIEVING I can and will be successful in reaching and accomplishing my goals.
Be positive and focus on getting better and creating improvement.
just some thoughts from this morning, we are either in the solution or working the problem, I choose to move forward grow and develop myself to best of my ability and that means changing the way I live and train.
