Cal Strength Friday’s

We are headed to Cal Strength tomorrow for a lifting session.
Training has been consistent and super hard, the hard part has recovery. Recovery is such a huge component for making progress and breaking records. So let’s remind each other what that consists of, rest, food, mobility work, massage, managing all these can be tough at times but must be done in order to keep adding weight to the bar. I’ve recently added swimming to my recovery program, plus more sleep and 2 naps a week have been thrown in te mix. I’ll keep you posted on my to bigger lifts.
