One of the most important aspects of training people is the relationship between trainer and client. I want to say friend or athlete but then again I don’t. It’s to say that this relationship is very important in order for the client to get results and for allowing the trainer to be the best possible trainer that they could be. It’s a fine balance that must be maintained in order to get the rewards and growth from working with a trainer or coach. For myself and the people I work for it is very important to me. I work my hardest to help the people that want to improve and become better. This relationship only grows if, one you have the right coach and if the client is consistent with the workouts. We only get what we put in and if we want great progress the effort must be there day in day out.
