Training what is it? When do we start training?

Training means that there is goal oriented approach. We are going to get a specific results from what we do in the gym and more directly, what we do outside the gym. don Weideman always mentions that it’s what we do on the outside of the gym that really separates the outstanding performances and the average dreamers that don’t understand how to put it together. Meaning a healthy lifestyle that allows us to get everything we ask of ourselves and our bodies. It may seem strict and not much fun, but the ones that can be focused on what they what is worth more than anything
Else imaginable. In Don says weightlifting will make you better person, it requires change and demands discipline to reap any rewards.
