Training with the barbell club why?

Hey everyone well I’m using the Bulgarian template for my training schedule a half hour of snatch practice that almost got me a 3 and a half kilo pr for the 6:30 am session. The next session I hit 2 singles in the front squat with 365 and Then hit 90 in the snatch. I wouldn’t have approached 365 today but I had barbell club there, and that means I gotta do this! I did It with the help of our weightlifting team and Crossfit Superstar Chad Augustin. We are all stronger as a team. The intensity in the gym was great everyone wanted to add weight to the bar, we all wanted to improve ourselves.
